INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

♡I ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Stated, Germany and Croatia. If you live elsewhere, send me an email at pixieeeshop@gmail.com and I will see if I can ship to your country!

Customers are responsible for any import VAT, tax or fees.

♡Standard international shipping will come without a tracking number, and is out of my control once shipped. The standard shipping time is 3-5 weeks. *

♡Tracked international shipping comes with a Royal Mail tracking number, and you will have access to shipping updates via Royal Mail’s website. If you don’t receive an email with a tracking number, send me a message for your tracking number. The standard shipping time is 1-3 weeks. *

WHAT TO DO IF I DON’T SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY

♡Contact me (preferably via email: pixieeeshop@gmail.com) and I will tell you if I can add your country to the list of international places I ship to. It is most likely I can!

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

♡Check your junk mail. If it’s not there, consider you may have put a different email in for your order (this is the most common case). If you can’t find an order confirmation email, email me and I can send a new one or give you order information 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

♡ Sometimes orders are returned to me due to incorrect address or unclaimed at customs. I will email you when it’s returned to me (the email you used at checkout), asking more information about sending it out again or refunds. So make sure to check your emails for this if your order hasn’t turned up! If not, email me and I will always ensure a solution 

ADDRESS CHANGES?

If you would like to change the address or have put a mistake on the address on an order, contact me immediately via pixieeeshop@gmail.com. If the item has been shipped already, the address cannot be changed, and any lost mail due to this is out of my control. Please double check your address on the order to ensure this is avoided.
