Refunds or replacements will be issued for lost orders if you choose tracked shipping on your order. Orders without tracked shipping are out of my control and it is possible they could not be refunded.
I don’t take returns, sales are final! But if you have a problem with your product, we can sort out a solution.
If your order arrives defective or damaged, send me a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and I will replace or refund you!
The amount of time your order takes to arrive is out of my control due to worldwide mail delay. Please choose the tracked shipping option if you would like order updates.
I advise not to order from any small business if there is a chance of cancelling an order. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase and you must email me via email@example.com to do so.
Any customs fees, taxes or import duties must be payed by the package’s recipient- it is not my responsibility and is out of my hand. I have no control over the price of customs fees as they vary by country. By law, I will state the correct order value on the customs form.
If you would like to change the address or have put a mistake on the address on an order, contact me immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has been shipped already, the address cannot be changed, and any lost mail due to this is out of my control. Please double check your address on the order to ensure this is avoided.
